Landing Page Content Types
Landing Pages are used on high-level pages of a section, to highlight the most important and popular content within their section - not necessarily as a comprehensive set of links to all subsections.
Landing Pages are meant as signposts to pages with longer content, rather than containing that content. Longer content should go in a separate subsection (even if it's the only subsection) using a standard One-Web page layout, usually with left navigation.
Landing Pages have their own set of Content Types listed below, which can be used to create Content Items to populate the page. These Content Types can be used only in certain areas of the layout. The design elements can include wide banner images, link lists, featured text boxes, image buttons and feeds of news and social media.
One-Web Content Types won’t work on a Landing Page, and vice versa.
